Dr. Dan Yang built VINCI Vision to solve a problem she lives every day. As the operator of early education centers, she knows the daily reality every director faces: you can't stand in every classroom, but you're accountable for everything that happens in them. She also knows how traditional cameras help very little. They record incidents after the fact, when the damage is already done.
So she built a system to change that. A system that watches in real time, alerts staff the moment something looks wrong, and documents what happened, so care teams can act with confidence instead of hoping nothing goes unseen.
Dr. Yang founded VINCI Education, created the award-winning VINCI Blended Learning Curriculum, and serves as founding principal of VINCI Schools, the early education centers she operates to this day. Her curriculum, grounded in brain science and blended pedagogy, has been used in classrooms across North America.
Her work has always come back to one idea: every child deserves a place where they are safe to learn, safe to grow, and safe to be cared for. With VINCI Vision, she is making sure the people we protect are protected in fact, not just in promise.
